What is meditation?

Just like we wash our bodies, our minds need cleansing too.
Meditation is a gentle practice of letting go—of stress, worries, and pain.
Through this process, we return to our natural state: calm, clear, and free.

What is mind?

Our mind holds everything: emotions, remembered thoughts, and scars.
It's where we carry our past and future, that keep us from living fully in the present.
By understanding and emptying the mind, we begin to feel truly free.

 How to meditate?

The best way to learn how to meditate is to be guided by a meditation expert. When you register for our meditation class for beginners, we will show you how to meditate step by step. We will guide you with the method that will enable you to completely throw away this false mind world.

When we let go of all falseness in our minds, we uncover a deep, unchanging Truth inside—
the origin of all things, the infinite Universe within.

 

This Truth is timeless, boundless, never changing, and alive.
It is not something we can see or touch, but it exists at the core of who truly we are.

 

When we reconnect with this Truth, we awaken to a new life inside us—
a world of peace, clarity, and joy.
